<div class="blank-box bb-tab bb-memo bb-blue"><strong>鶏胸肉（1枚）</strong>を幅2cmの細切りにし、<strong>マヨネーズ・醤油・酒（各大さじ1）</strong>、<strong>にんにく（小さじ1）</strong>を揉み込み10分放置。むき海老のように巻いて<strong>片栗粉（適量）</strong>まぶす。<strong>油（大さじ2）</strong>を引いた中火のフライパンで両面に焼き色が付くまで焼き、蓋をして弱火で2分。取り出して、<strong>マヨネーズ・ケチャップ（各大さじ2）</strong>、<strong>砂糖（小さじ2）</strong>、<strong>ラー油（適量）</strong>を混ぜたソースで和えれば完成！</div>

<p>巻き終わったら、<strong>片栗粉（適量）</strong>をまぶします。お皿に片栗粉を入れ、その上で鶏むね肉をコロコロと転がすようにするのがオススメです。</p>
