・<strong>ごま油</strong>…大さじ1/2<br />
・<strong>豆板醤</strong>…大さじ1/2<br />
・<strong>醤油</strong>…大さじ1.5<br />
・<strong>みりん</strong>…大さじ1.5<br />
・<strong>酒</strong>…大さじ1.5<br />
・<strong>白ゴマ</strong>…大さじ1.5</div>
<p>なお、私の場合は材料を<strong>倍量</strong>にして<strong>まとめて作る</strong>ことが多いです。</p>
<p>実は、私は便秘症なのですが、毎日キクラゲを食べる習慣をつけた頃から、<strong>お通じがスムーズ</strong>になったように感じます。やはり<strong>不溶性食物繊維（水に溶けず便のカサを増やす食物繊維）</strong>を意識的にとることが大事なのかもしれません^^</p>
<p>なお、きくらげはスーパー等で<strong>少量ずつ買うと高くつく</strong>ので、私は以下のものを定期的に購入しています。農薬等のチェック体制もきちんとしており<strong>コスパも良い</strong>のでおすすめです^^</p>

<p>作り方は次のメモのとおり（スクショ推奨）↓</p>
<div class="blank-box bb-tab bb-memo bb-blue"><strong>ごま油（大さじ1/2）</strong>、<strong>豆板醤（大さじ1/2）</strong>を中火で香りが立つまで炒める。水で戻し5mm幅に細切りにした<strong>キクラゲ（30g）</strong>を加え中火で<strong>5分</strong>炒める。<strong>醤油・みりん・酒・白ゴマ（各大さじ1.5）</strong>を加え、汁気なくなるまで炒めたら完成！</div>
