<p>ご飯は<strong>お子さんの好きなもの</strong>をご用意ください。<strong>王道のケチャップライス</strong>が定番かと思いますが、「少し苦手で…」というお子さんは、<strong>豆ご飯</strong>なども卵との相性が意外と良いのでオススメです^^</p>

<p>おおまかな流れとしては、<strong>「目を作る→卵を焼いてご飯を巻く→盛り付ける」</strong>となります。それぞれのステップを詳しく見ていきましょう！</p>
<h3><span id="toc3">Step1「目を作る」</span></h3>
<p>まずは、こいのぼりの<strong>目の部分</strong>を作ります。</p>
<p><strong>スライスチーズ</strong>を<strong>直径3～4cmの円形</strong>に切ります↓（今回は3人分を同時に作っているため3切れ写っています。）</p>

<p>続いて、チーズの<strong>ひと回り小さめ</strong>のサイズになるように<strong>海苔</strong>を切り、チーズの上に乗せます↓</p>

<p>これで目の準備は完了です。</p>
<h3><span id="toc4">Step2「卵を焼いてご飯を巻く」</span></h3>
<p><strong>卵を2つ</strong>使って溶き卵を作り、油を引いたフライパンに流し入れます↓</p>

<p>片面を<strong>弱中火で2分</strong>ほどを焼いたら、菜箸などを使って裏返し、<strong>裏面は1分</strong>ほど焼いてください。</p>
<p>お子さんと食べることを前提にしているため、半熟などではなく<strong>しっかりと火を通して</strong>ください（ただし<strong>焦げ目がつかないよう</strong>に<strong>弱中火</strong>で焼くことが大切です）。</p>
<p>薄焼き卵が焼けたら、お皿の上に<strong>お好みのご飯（かるめの1膳分）</strong>を気持ち<strong>横長に</strong>盛り付けます↓</p>

<p>そして、焼きあがった薄焼き卵をご飯の上に乗せ、こいのぼりの<strong>しっぽにしたい側</strong>に<strong>5～6cmほどの切り込み</strong>を入れます↓</p>

<p>切り込みを入れたら、<strong>敷布団にシーツをかける</strong>ようなイメージで、<strong>薄焼き卵の端をご飯の下に</strong>入れ込みます。この時に注意するのが次の<strong>2点</strong>です↓</p>

<li>卵を下に入れ込みながら、<strong>鯉のぼりの形</strong>になるよう<strong>ご飯の形を整える</strong>こと。</li>
<li>鯉のぼりの<strong>顔側になる端</strong>はご飯の下に<strong>入れ込まない</strong>こと（次の写真を参照）</li>

<p>盛り付けはとっても簡単！やることは<strong>3つ</strong>です↓</p>

<li><strong>鱗</strong>を<strong>ケチャップ</strong>で描く</li>
<li><strong>竿</strong>の位置に<strong>ちまき</strong>を置く</li>

<div class="blank-box bb-tab bb-memo bb-blue">鍋に<strong>砂糖、醤油、酒、酢（各大さじ3）、手羽元500g、ゆで卵3～4個</strong>を入れ、落し蓋をかぶせ蓋をして<strong>弱火で10分</strong>煮る。肉と卵を裏返して<strong>弱火で5分</strong>煮る。落し蓋と蓋を外し、<strong>みりん（大さじ3）</strong>を加え<strong>中火で5分</strong>煮れば完成！</div>

<p>作り方は次のメモのとおり（スクショ推奨）↓</p>
<div class="blank-box bb-tab bb-memo bb-blue">炊飯釜に<strong>醤油・酒（各大さじ2）</strong>、<strong>砂糖・みりん（各大さじ1.5）</strong>、<strong>にんにく・生姜（各3cm）</strong>を入れ混ぜ、<strong>鶏胸肉1枚</strong>を皮目を下にして加えてアルミホイル被せ通常炊飯。鶏胸肉を裏返し<strong>10分保温</strong>。保温を切って1<strong>0分以上放置</strong>で完成！</div>

<p>まずは、<strong>すべての調味料（醤油…大さじ2、酒…大さじ2、みりん…大さじ1.5、砂糖…大さじ1.5、にんにく…3cm、しょうが…3cm）</strong>を炊飯釜に入れ、混ぜ合わせます。</p>

<p>裏返す作業（とゆで卵の追加）が完了したら、炊飯器のフタを閉め、<strong>10分間「保温」</strong>します。</p>
<p>タイマーをかけておくと忘れません^^</p>

<p>10分間の保温が終わったら、炊飯器の<strong>電源を切り</strong>フタを開け、<strong>ゆで卵</strong>を裏返します↓</p>

<p>この状態で、再度フタをして<strong>10分以上「放置」</strong>！この10分で<strong>さらに味がしみ込んで</strong>美味しくなります^^ なお、時間は「10分以上」なので、多少前後してもOKです。</p>
<p>10分以上経ったら、炊飯器から取り出し、切り分ければ完成です！</p>

<p>なお、写真のような<strong>半熟ゆで卵</strong>を作りたい場合は、<strong>「冷蔵庫から取り出してすぐの卵を熱湯に入れて6分茹でる」</strong>がオススメです！絶妙なトロトロ感が楽しめますよ。</p>
